Bryant Isbell is an industry expert with nearly 20 years’ experience focusing on information governance, data privacy, full Electronic Discovery Reference Model lifecycle execution and management and data analytics. During Bryant’s career, he has worked on countless disputes and investigations. Bryant handles all aspects of e-discovery and forensics globally for the firm. In addition, he provides consultative advice to clients on the preservation, collection, processing, hosting and production of electronically stored information. Bryant is an expert in data privacy and international collection logistics and has managed multiple complex projects in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia involving hundreds of millions of documents and thousands of reviewers worldwide.

Gary Foster brings over 12 years of experience in forensic technology solutions ranging from IT security protocols to forensic computer examinations, e-disclosure and forensic data analytics. Gary specialises in the end-to-end running of e-discovery matters with particular focus of using advanced analytical techniques to streamline and prioritise the analysis and review of complex data sets.

Gary’s primary areas of expertise are fraud investigations, dispute matters and regulatory and compliance matters, where he has worked with a variety of clients from a range of industries, including banking, utilities, aviation, retail, construction and telecoms.
